Phonak Roger Portable Room Systems are designed for use in meeting rooms, training rooms, small venues and combinations of all three with accessibility in mind. A Phonak Roger Room System helps enable people with hearing loss (whether they wear hearing aids or not) to participate.

Each system is fully portable in it’s own bespoke protective case. Designed for ease of use it can easily be moved from room to room, and ensures a high level of accessibility for employees and on-site visitors with hearing loss.

We have a number of carefully thought out, pre-designed configurations which can be expanded or blended to cater for specific needs / challenges if appropriate, if unsure, please ask!

N.B. Please note, for delegates to be able to take advantage of a portable room system they need a telecoil (loop) program activated on their hearing aids, a very typical feature particularly with NHS style hearing instruments (or potentially use the provided earphones).

1). Training / Small Venue Room System – £3095 ex VAT

This system is designed for use in a training room  / small venue (to approx 100m² room) to support attendees with hearing loss, enabling participation. A typical situation most appropriate for this specific system would be where delegates sit at multiple tables, microphones are passed around and delegates move around too.

The system is made up of two types of Roger microphone, these work as a network and send signals to the Roger Neckloop receiver(s).

The presenter / lead wears a primary Touchscreen Mic and typically there are two Pass-around Mics for delegates to use as needed. Extra Pass-around Mics can be added to the system as required.

The delegate with hearing loss wears a Roger Neckloop receiver which allows signals to be sent from all microphones directly into their hearing aid(s) via the telecoil function, alternatively a pair of disposable ear phones can be used with the Roger Neckloop (supplied with the equipment).

This system is designed to help up to three delegates with hearing loss in a meeting scenario, and more Roger Neckloops can be supplied if needed to match greater requirements.

2). Training / Small Venue Room System with Media Pack – £4395 ex VAT

This system is designed for use in a training room  / small venue (to approx 100m² room) to provide audio support to all delegates including attendees with and without hearing loss and whether they wear hearing aids or not, enabling participation. A typical situation most appropriate for this specific system would be where delegates sit at multiple tables, microphones are passed around and delegates move around too.

Phonak Roger Multimedia Hub connects up to the majority of available audio sources and broadcasts media directly and efficiently to the delegates with hearing loss AND everyone else in the room via the DigiMaster speaker system.

This system is designed to help up to three delegates with hearing loss in a meeting scenario, and more Roger Neckloops can be supplied if needed to match greater requirements.

3). Discreet Corporate Meeting Room System – £4795 ex VAT

Designed for use in a meeting room to support attendees with hearing loss, (whether they wear hearing aids or not), enabling participation. A typical situation most appropriate for this specific system would be a corporate style meeting / conference room where up to 25 delegates sit round a table.

The system is made up of two types of Roger microphone, these work as a network and send audio to the Roger Neckloop receiver(s).

For a smaller office / smaller table, (generally up to 8 round a table) the Roger On mic is typically placed on the table, or is hand held and used as a pointing device, or is worn as a lapel mic by the presenter / lead (depending on the situation and dynamics of the meeting), the Table Mics are generally not required with smaller groups of people.

For a larger office / larger table, (generally 8-25 round a table) the Roger On mic is typically worn by the presenter lead as a lapel mic. The Roger Table Mics are placed on the table to provide enhanced speech from all delegates. The system will automatically focus on the main source of speech.

The delegate with hearing loss wears a Roger Neckloop receiver which allows signals to be sent from all microphones directly into the hearing aid(s) via the telecoil function, alternatively a pair of disposable ear phones can be used with the Roger Neckloop (supplied with the equipment).

4). Ultimate Portable Room System = £7895.00 ex VAT

This system is designed to cover all three options above, corporate style meetings large and small (up to 25 people round a large table), training rooms and small venues (rooms up to 100m²).

It has been created to support attendees with hearing loss whether they wear hearing aids or not as well as those who have no hearing loss, enabling participation for all. The system can be expanded if required for more attendees and larger rooms, please ask.

Depending on the situation (meeting, training environment or small venue) the Roger microphones used would either be

2). Roger Touchscreen Mic and 1 or 2 Pass-Around Mics, DigiMaster speaker system and Multimedia Hub in a training room / small venue scenario where delegates sit at multiple tables and potentially move around too.
