The equipment we supply is quite straight forward to get set up and running, and once you start to use the equipment it is very intuitive in use. We supply easy to understand, comprehensive instructions on general day to day use.

On this website for support we also have online help files, troubleshooting guides, PDF downloads of all user booklets relating to the equipment, and a very useful selection of videos for you to watch that give you an overview of the various pieces of equipment we supply, including how to set up and fix problems etc. (See our Help section above).

We are also available by telephone and email to offer initial set up support should you need it.

However, sometimes an on site visit is required, it might be that you are not at all confident with technology and want an expert to sit down with you and go through the ins and outs, to explain how best to use the equipment supplied and in which situations. You may be unsure how our equipment connects with your own existing equipment. You may feel you need someone in front of you to show you the ropes….

If that is the case we can offer on site set up and training, the fee paid covers up to a half day of our expert’s time to spend with you. (It is unlikely you would need all that time but if you do our expert is available to spend the time to ensure you are up and running and fully confident).

When you purchase an On Site Set Up and Training Package we will email you a link to an online form you will need to complete giving all relevant contact details, hearing instrument details and other relevant aspects.

One of our experts will contact you in due course to arrange an on site visit. They will confirm a mutually convenient date and time with you by email.

They will set out in the email what needs to be in place to ensure a productive and successful session where you will gain maximum benefit.

Please note : Our experts have to plan their time in advance, travel costs are incurred to arrive at a site visit and as experts in the field their time is at a premium. Please be considerate regarding the appointment that is booked. Visits can be rearranged if necessary, circumstances can change, people can be ill etc, and we have a standard cancellation policy. We will try to be flexible of course but the standard policy is as follows;

If you need to re-arrange or cancel a site visit 5 business days or more from the due date there is no charge incurred.

If you need to rearrange or cancel a site visit between 1 and 4 business days from the due date there is a cancellation charge of 50% of the fee.

If you rearrange or cancel on the day of the visit there is no return of the fee, a full fee would be required for a return visit.

We offer a 30 day satisfaction return period with the equipment supplied of course, but once set up and training has been completed the On Site Set Up and Training Package is non refundable.
