Phonak ComPilot II is the perfect 3-in-1 companion for your wireless hearing aids, offering true convenience, wireless freedom and the reassurance of VoiceAlerts. ComPilot II provides easy wireless access to TVs, MP3 players and phones to name but a few. It guarantees stable connectivity, best voice quality for phoning and keeps hands free. The built-in remote control is designed for ease of use with convenient program and volume changes. ComPilot II offers the benefit of VoiceAlerts making it easier than ever to interact with your hearing aids.

It can also be use with the Phonak TV Link II or the Phonak RemoteMic.

Please purchase Phonak ComPilot II only if you are wearing the Phonak Venture or BeLong range of wireless hearing aids (from around early 2015 onwards and previous to Phonak Marvel and Paradise). ComPilot will not work with non wireless Phonak hearing aids, hearing aids older than Venture, Audeo B-Direct, or the newer Marvel or Paradise ranges.

Some NHS supplied Phonak hearing aids that are wireless compatible can work with this device too – Sky V and Nathos Auto.

If you are unsure please ask your audiologist about compatibility first before ordering the product, or supply us with the brand and model and / or serial number to check suitability.

NB. The Phonak ComPilot does not need to be paired to your Phonak hearing aids for bluetooth streaming to work, you just need to make sure your Phonak hearing aids are wireless and compatible. Petite models and CIC’s will not be compatible with the ComPilot. However if you wish some of the other features to work, including the remote control features you will need to arrange for the ComPilot to be paired with your hearing aids. If you need the ComPilot pairing to your hearing aids you will need to arrange for this locally (you may be charged a fee for this service). NHS hearing aids can only be paired by NHS personnel at your local audiology clinic. This product ships with a long (as opposed to short) neckloop, UK mains wall charger, the ComPilot can also be charged via a USB to mini USB cable via your PC / laptop too.
