When ordering a Phonak Roger Universal Receiver such as a Phonak Roger X you will need to purchase an adapter called an audio shoe (DAI shoe or direct audio input shoe) to be able to affix the receiver to your hearing aid(s). Please note – this item will NOT work without a Roger X receiver.

**You MUST to let us know once you have ordered your equipment exactly which hearing aid(s) the equipment is for. There is a field in the shopping cart process for you to supply this information. The information we need is brand of your hearing aid(s) and model number, an example would be Oticon Spirit Synergy P, Phonak Nathos S+ Micro, Danalogic iFit 71 RIE or Siemens Teneo M.

You will need an audio shoe for each hearing aid you want to transmit to. Please note this item is supplied only as part of a radio aid system, we do not supply audio shoes separately.

This product attracts a one year RTB (Return to Base) warranty.
